Hi Cookie Friends!

Before we dive into the cozy flavors of November, I have to share a quick recap of how much fun October was!

I hosted two Halloween cookie decorating classes and had 25 amazing cookie friends join me. Some familiar faces who’ve decorated with me before, and some brand new cookie lovers who were picking up a piping bag for the very first time.

🍂 November at Sunshine Day Bakery

November is going to look a little different for me. I’ll be traveling a lot this month! I am heading to Kentucky, Maine, and New York all within a 3 week period! I’ll be away from my kitchen more than I’m used to, but November is such a fun month for cookies that I just couldn’t resist offering a few really cute things for Thanksgiving!

Here’s what’s baking this season:

🥧 Sweet Slice of Thanksgiving Cookie Pie

A pie made entirely of cookies — each “slice” looks like pumpkin pie with a little dollop of whipped cream :)

🌻 Sunflower Cookie Platter

Bright, happy, and perfectly giftable. These golden cookie petals surround a chocolate sprinkle center — it’s sunshine in a box and a thoughtful host gift for any Thanksgiving table.

🦃 Turkey Time DIY Cookie Kit

Everything you need to create your own adorable turkey cookies! Each kit includes pre-baked cookies, icing bags, and sprinkles — perfect for kids’ tables or family fun after dinner.

Thanksgiving Pick-Up Details

All Thanksgiving cookies will be ready for pick-up on Sunday, November 23rd at Starbucks next to Stonehill College. Each cookie is individually heat-sealed to stay perfectly fresh and soft for the holiday.

Custom Cookies

I didn't get a the opportunity to take on too many custom orders this month due to all that traveling, but I did get to sneak in a quick cookie celebration for a friend's wedding!

And look at this adorable set I made to celebrate the Boston Conservatory at Berklee's November production of Legally Blonde the Musical! I think we made Elle Woods prior with these! 

🎓 A Look Ahead: Classes for January–July Are Live!

Even though I’ll be traveling, I’ve been busy planning ahead so I just added a whole new batch of cookie decorating classes for January through July!

Why so early? Because so many of you love to gift my classes during the holidays. A cookie class makes the sweetest present! It's an experience to share, a chance to learn something new, and of course, delicious cookies to take home.
